WD999 complies with applicable Know Your Customer and anti-money-laundering obligations under its operating licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request may result in your account being restricted or suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify WD999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. WD999 aims to provide continuous access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the Platform — or any feature thereof — at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, security updates, legal compliance or commercial decisions.
WD999 facilitates transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment options familiar to Pakistani users. These may include digital wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, Raast instant payments, and bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. WD999 does not accept deposits from third parties, anonymous sources or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Accounts denominated in PKR will process deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees. Where currency conversion is necessary, applicable exchange rates and fees will be disclosed to you before the transaction is confirmed.
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. Most digital wallet transactions are processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. WD999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions outside of our control.
Withdrawals may be requested only by verified account holders. You must have completed all applicable KYC procedures before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform. WD999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds.
If you have active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawal of real-money funds may be restricted until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited. The specific conditions applicable to each bonus are published at the time the bonus is awarded.
WD999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended for accounts subject to enhanced due diligence. External processing times imposed by the relevant payment provider are beyond our control.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and other promotional benefits offered by WD999 are subject to specific terms and conditions. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings — are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms (for example, a 30× requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted).
WD999 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: wagering on opposite outcomes to minimise risk while satisfying requirements, exploiting promotional loopholes, and systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed primarily to withdraw bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have promotional benefits withdrawn, winnings voided and accounts suspended.
Unused bonus funds and free spins expire after the period specified in the promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically without entitlement to compensation or reinstatement.
WD999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, void or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular wagering activity, use of insider information, or a technical error in odds pricing. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game as published on the Platform.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or manifest pricing error resulting in an incorrect outcome or odds display, WD999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Any winnings resulting from an obvious error are not valid and will not be paid out.
All odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Accepted odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are specified in the Platform's rules section.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected events including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 games, ICC tournaments, football and UFC events. Live betting odds update in real time; WD999 takes no responsibility for delays in data feeds caused by third-party data providers.

All content on the WD999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations and underlying code — is the intellectual property of WD999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WD999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or emotional distress.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, WD999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WD999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of gambling or betting activity. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your account through gambling activity and that such losses are not recoverable from WD999.

Any reference to Pakistani law in these Terms relates solely to informational context provided for users in Pakistan; it does not constitute submission to Pakistani jurisdiction by WD999.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute procedures available under the Platform's operating licence jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
